Sardaarji Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Ommzi Solutions when you use the Sardaarji mobile application (the “App”).

By accepting our Privacy Policy, you agree to let Ommzi Solutions collect, use and disclose information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below.

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the App to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us

The App does not allow you to submit any information directly to us. If you submit any information to Ommzi Solutions through our website or other sites or services, please refer to the Ommzi Solutions Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose such information.

Information Collected Automatically through the App

We do not operate our own servers for the App and do not maintain user accounts. However, the App and the services we use (such as Google AdMob) may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Technical information: The App and the services we use may automatically collect technical information such as device type and model, operating system version, application version, language settings and approximate timestamps, in order to maintain and improve the App and to deliver advertising.
  • Device information: Information about the device you use to access the App, including operating system version, language, device model, network information and unique advertising identifiers.
  • Purchase information: The App offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and we receive confirmation that a purchase has completed so that the corresponding items can be granted to you. Your payment details are handled by Google and are never provided to us. Records of what you have purchased and the virtual currency you hold are stored locally on your device.
  • Advertising information: We and our advertising partners collect your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and related information in order to display and measure advertisements, as described in the “Advertising” section below.

Use of Information

We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the App;
  • Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information;
  • Display and measure advertising, and detect and prevent advertising fraud and abuse; and
  • Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements. The App currently uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) as its advertising provider and mediation platform. Google AdMob may display advertisements from Google and from additional third-party advertising partners participating in Google’s advertising ecosystem.

To display and measure these advertisements, Google and our advertising partners may collect and process certain information from your device, including your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address, general location, device and application information, and information about how you interact with advertisements. This information is used to deliver advertising, measure its performance, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse. Where you have provided consent, it may also be used to show personalised advertising.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before personalised advertising is used. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the App and selecting Settings, then “Privacy Settings”.

For details of how Google processes this information, please see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google’s current list of advertising partners that may process your data is available at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
  • With advertising partners, including Google AdMob and the advertising networks it mediates, for the purposes described in the “Advertising” section above;
  • With Google Play, for the processing of in-app purchases;
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;
  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Ommzi Solutions or others;
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; and
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal information about you on our own servers. Information collected by our service providers, including Google, is retained in accordance with their own data retention policies. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for further information.

International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you live, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are applied to such transfers.

Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • your consent, for personalised advertising where consent is required;
  • our legitimate interests, such as maintaining and improving the App, delivering non-personalised advertising, and preventing fraud and abuse; and
  • compliance with legal obligations.

Your Choices

  • Advertising identifier: You can limit ad tracking at any time from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), where you can also reset or delete your advertising identifier.
  • Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): You may change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time via Settings → “Privacy Settings” within the App.
  • Do Not Sell or Share (US states): If you live in a US state with an applicable privacy law, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising at any time via Settings → “Privacy Settings” within the App. See “Your US State Privacy Rights” below.
  • Uninstalling the App: You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device.

Your US State Privacy Rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or another US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, as described in the “Advertising” section above, when the App displays advertising your advertising identifier and related information are shared with Google AdMob and its advertising partners so that advertisements can be selected, delivered and measured. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) and similar laws in other states, this may be considered a “sale” of personal information, or the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may opt out at any time by opening the App and selecting Settings, then “Privacy Settings”. You can also limit ad tracking, or reset or delete your advertising identifier, from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Depending on the state you live in, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete or correct it, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. We do not maintain user accounts or intentionally store personal information about you on our own servers, so in most cases we hold no information that would allow us to identify you individually. Some information may still be processed by our service providers, including Google, as described in this Privacy Policy. To make a request, please contact us at [email protected].

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
